For our EZGO authorized dealers out there you most likely have come across EZGO’s S4 or L4, but for those of you who haven’t here is a little info on these rugged carts.
The Express S4 is EZGO’s four passenger cart with a rugged off road stance. It comes standard with a front brush guard, headlights, fold-down rear seat, fuel gauge, and 20×11-10 uni-directional tires. This cart is available in either gas or electric and as you can see from the video below it is really a stylish option that EZGO is offering. The electric model is 48v with six 8v batteries with a rear axle ratio of 14.76:1 and a top speed of 17mph.
The Express L4 is nearly identical to the S4 in that it is a 48v with a 14.76:1 gear ratio but it is listed as running at only 15mph on level ground. The L4 does come with additional features such as two-tone seats, polished spoke wheels, taillights, brake lights & cup holders.
Since these carts are not standard EZGO’s the standard accessories will not work on them, but we now are offering some options to our dealers who have customers with these carts looking for some options. We have enclosures for these models along with standard folding windshields in either clear or tinted, and also AS4 street legal windshields or street legal packages that include everything you would need to make your S4 or L4 road worthy.
