Stenten’s Golf Cart Accessories is currently looking for a motivated individual to join our inside sales staff. This position will be responsible for sales growth within an assigned territory by effectively calling on existing and new customers. Cold calling and lead generation will be one of the many keys to success. Experience in the golf cart industry is preferred but not mandatory. If you are comfortable on the phone and researching online this could be a great fit for you.
Who we are:
Stenten’s is a wholesale supplier of thousands of parts and accessories to golf cart dealers worldwide. We operate only as a B2B so there are no retail sales. What does that mean to you? A regular work schedule Monday to Friday 8:30 – 5pm and closed major holidays!
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who is very self-motivated with good organizational and verbal skills. Our inside sales team makes between 50-60 outgoing calls per day. Along with time set aside for researching new prospects and products. In addition, a large majority of our Dealers are also mechanics. Above all, having experience with automotive repairs or the ability to read exploded parts diagrams will be a great plus.
Most Important Sales Quality:
Many things can be trained on-site, such as knowledge of our computer systems, education on golf cart intricacies, etc. The quality that is most important is a positive attitude. As a result, too many salespeople have shut down after one bad call. In other words, positivity and persistence are key!
